Things Need to Know on Customized & OEM Casters

Tengcaster is good at customized & OEM casters. We have made more than 300 models of customized casters for our customers all over the world. The customized casters including showing logo, doing special color wheel, making special wheel size, developing special top plate & bracket and doing brand new casters according to customer’s requirements. Pictures on left are the OEM caster wheel we did before.

If you are intending to develop a customize casters, pls follow below steps.

Tell us your specific requirements on the casters you want.
Let’s negotiate the details and decide all details.
We draw a drawing according to what we confirmed send it to you for confirmation.
Develop samples according to the confirmed drawing.
Send you a sample for confirmation.
Process trial order if sample pass test. I sample failed, then repeat step 2 to step 5. We will re-produce samples till they are OK for you.
